Remote Data Collector
Amscreen M2M provide wireless devices that connect to each remote machine and automatically collect and transfer data with central monitoring applications, which are able to manage large deployments effectively.
Each machine is different! Amscreen offer a vast range of box and module devices for monitoring remote assets, which can be tailored to specific customer and application needs. Alternative, specialised solutions can be developed, subject to commercial justification. Typical features include:-

Machine integration
Connect the Remote Data Collector to or within each machine at the remote site, using flexible wired (TTL, RS232 /485), wireless (ZigBee) connections and sensors.
Status monitoring and recording
The remote data collector automatically records machine data at scheduled times e.g. oil levels, events, alarms.
Alarm monitoring
Check for events that need immediate attention e.g. high temperature, oil too low
Centralised management
Transfer collected data to the µWEAVE central management software at schedule times (or immediately for alarms) and obtain any new or updated configuration data.
Wireless connectivity
As well as offering wired Ethernet or PSTN solutions, we utilise the mobile GPRS network so that there is no need to use the end users IT network!
