Simon Sugar - Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Simon Sugar is responsible for all Amscreen's sales and marketing activities. He is the former Commercial Director of Amstrad, where he was responsible for managing commercial relationships with customers and developing new business opportunities. He joined Amstrad in 1989 and was appointed to the board on the 1st May 1998. Prior to joining Amstrad he worked for Dixons Stores Group for three years gaining retail experience.

Sean Keenan - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Sean qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993 with Ernst & Young and is responsible for Amscreen’s company and network operations. He joined the Hutchinson Smith Group plc in 1996 and has over 10 years experience of senior management positions.

Steve Whitehead - Technical Director
Steve is responsible for Amscreen’s system architecture, patents and provides technical assistance to bridge and support the sales team, customer projects, network operations and engineering. He is a chartered engineer and holds over 26 years experience in Information and Communication Technology.

Jonathan Shires - Engineering Director
Jonathan is responsible for Amscreen’s M2M and digital signage product design and development. He has a 1st class Honours degree from Leeds University and has spent over 26 years in design and applications management positions at Farnell Instruments Limited, Harris Semiconductor and Comtech.

Rowland Barnes - Purchasing and Manufacturing Director
Rowland has a Business Studies Degree from Sheffield and is responsible for Amscreen’s purchasing and supply chain. His 20 year experience includes procurement and material roles within ICL, Celestica and was a Senior Negotiator at Pace Micro Technology plc.

Howard Standen - Finance Director
Howard is a chartered accountant and is responsible for Amscreen’s financial management and reporting.  He qualified with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1994. He was previously the Finance Director at MEN Media Ltd, a £90 million turnover subsidiary of the Guardian Media Group.

Barry Lowe - Divisional Managing Director - M2M
Barry has an Honours degree in Electronics from UMIST and is responsible for the direction of the M2M division. With over 26 years of experience in semiconductor and electronics sales and marketing with Ferranti & Fairchild. Barry was co-founder of Comtech M2M in 1992.
